About Cheryl King

I am primarily a real estate closing attorney and REALTOR® instructor. I frequently provide presentations to attorneys, mortgage companies and real estate companies on negotiation, financing, loan fraud, contract creation, contract interpretation, license law, and ethics. I am a certified instructor for the Georgia Association of REALTOR®’s Partners in Education Department. I co-host the REALsmart real estate podcast.

My husband and I are Louisiana State University alumnae (Geaux Tigers!) and our daughter is currently at LSU studying computer science and robotics. We live in Johns Creek, Georgia.

This site is a work in progress aimed at informing and guiding everyone involved in real estate transactions. They are one of the most important financial transactions we will ever be involved in and have more moving pieces and details than most would like to admit.
