About Cheryl King

I have been a closing attorney for more than 20 years. I also obtained a real estate agent license, not to sell, but to more fully participate with the real estate community as an agent instructor and REALTOR®.

I am the  Director of the REALsmart real estate school with the Georgia Real Estate Commission and a certification instructor with the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Partners in Education Program. I build and delivers classes weekly for real estate agents, lenders and attorneys.

I write a real estate blog which also posts as a LinkedIn newsletter and co-host a real estate podcast. I sit on numerous forms and professional development committees.

My husband and I are Louisiana State University alumnae (Geaux Tigers!) and our daughter is currently at LSU studying computer science and robotics.  We live in Johns Creek, Georgia.
