License Law
All Real Estate Agents need License Law every 4 years. The deadline for this class is the month of their license renewal.
How do you find out if you are up to date? This requirement is from the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Completion of this class, as well as the regular credit hours, are found on their site: https://grec.state.ga.us/licensed-professionals/education-requirements/real-estate/
Code of Ethics
REALTORS® need to take a New Agent Code of Ethics class when they start their career and must take Code of Ethics every 3 years. The current cycle of Code of Ethics ends in December of 2024.

Fair Housing
